# Title Insurance

Provision of Title Insurance

Each mortgage loan closed by Homium must have a title insurance policy in place or an attorney title opinion letter that meets Homium’s requirements. 

By closing a loan with Homium, the title agent must ensure the loan is either covered by a title policy issued by an acceptable insurer, including any required endorsements, or a title opinion letter issued by an attorney.
