Use of Homium Shared Appreciation Mortgage Notes

Homium will use the Shared Appreciation note that is correct for the applicable mortgage type, property type, and product type for Shared Appreciation mortgages that are closed on the Homium’s security instruments.

Fannie Mae publishes Shared Appreciation notes can be used in most jurisdictions unless the security property is located in a jurisdiction for which Homium publishes a state-specific mortgage note.
