Requirements for Loan Application Package

The table below provides the requirements for the loan application package.

	The loan application package must include
	A complete, signed, and dated version of the final Form 1003 (per the above requirements).
	A copy of the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (Form 1103).
	Escrow/closing or settlement instructions, if applicable.
	Any other information or documentation used to verify, clarify, or substantiate information in the borrower’s application.

Note: Any available technology may be used to produce copies of the documents in the loan file, such as a photocopier, facsimile machine, document scanner, or camera. Copies of documents provided by the borrower may be photos or scanned versions of the original documents and can be delivered to Homium in hardcopy or via email or other electronic means.
