Eligible Transactions

A hybrid appraisal is only permitted when the property data confirms that the property type is residential and not on the ineligible list below.

Ineligible Transactions

The following transactions are not eligible for a hybrid appraisal:

  • two- to four-unit properties;

  • condo (including detached condos)
