# ATR Assesment

DTI Calculation

The underwriter should calculate the borrowers debt ratios even though their Homium loan has no payment. The ratios should be recorded in the loan file and considered as part of the review of the borrower’s ability to repay and overall financial condition as per state and federal requirements.
