# Security Instruments for Shared Appreciation

Use of Security Instruments

Homium will use security instruments for Shared Appreciation mortgages that are correct for the applicable jurisdiction, property type, and transaction type. Security instruments for Homium mortgages include the Homium Shared Appreciation Mortgages, Deeds of Trust, and Security Deeds. 

In some cases, the uniform security instruments may have to be adapted to meet the needs or local jurisdictional requirements.
