# Loan Limits

Homium can only close and fund second lien loans up to a  certain dollar amount. 

Originators are responsible for ensuring that the original loan amount of each loan does not exceed the maximum loan limit.

All Homium mortgage loans are subject to the following limits:

* Max Loan Amount $1,000,000
* Min Loan Amount $25,000
